* Ingredients:
- 24 cups stale bread cubes (remove crust from bread) cut into 1/4 ” cubes
- 1 & 3/4 cup (or more) margarine
- 1 cup (or less) finely chopped onion
- 2 cups (or more) chopped celery
- 1 to 3 tsp (to taste) salt
- 2 to 3 tsp (to taste) poultry seasoning
Heat margarine in large skillet.
Add onions & celery, cook over low heat until soft.
Remove from heat.
Add seasonings, stir until blended.
Add bread cubes & toss well.
